Melissa Peterman is all about experimenting in the kitchen area.

Melissa Peterman’s Potato Chip Cashew Cookies

¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 huge egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1½ cups all-function flour

¾ cup crushed potato chips
½ cup chopped roasted salted cashews

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
